refactor: 移除AI助手和令牌管理相关功能

移除前端AI助手组件及相关API、状态管理
移除后端令牌管理模块的模型、控制器、服务和路由
清理不再使用的依赖项和导入
更新前端设置和全局类型定义
简化用户管理界面操作逻辑
移除租户相关字段和模型继承
