chore(cache): 清理并忽略 fastdocs 的 .vitepress 缓存文件夹

- 在主.gitignore中添加 fastdocs/.vitepress/cache/* 忽略规则
- 在 fastdocs/.gitignore 中添加 .vitepress/cache/* 忽略规则
- 删除 fastdocs/.vitepress/cache 中的 @vueuse_core.js 文件及其全部内容
