refactor(frontend): 清理无用依赖和配置，优化代码格式

移除未使用的依赖如vxe-table和lodash-es
删除冗余的lint和prettier配置文件
统一代码格式，简化模板语法
调整表格列宽和操作按钮布局
修复profile页面性别默认值问题
