refactor(file-view): enhance file name interaction and feat: 优化资源文件管理页面交互和配置

- 实现文件名点击预览功能，提升用户体验
- 移除整行点击事件，避免误操作
- 使用环境变量管理文件预览URL，提高配置灵活性
- 优化面包屑导航样式，使用系统主题色
- 清理调试代码和未使用的函数
