refactor: 项目整体优化与功能迭代

主要变更：
1. 移除冗余代码：删除重复的CommonUtil、旧主题管理、缓存请求等模块
2. 依赖升级：更新vite-plugin-uni-components到0.3.2版本
3. 样式优化：调整卡片高度、主题色配置、隐私弹窗样式
4. 代码重构：简化用户store、请求类型、列表分页逻辑
5. 新增功能：添加工单统计、tabbar高亮、通用工具类等新模块
6. 修复细节：调整排版顺序、修复水印主题store引用、优化表单样式
