refactor: 统一项目名称为FastApiAdmin

Browse Source 
将项目名称从FastAPI Vue3 Admin统一更改为FastApiAdmin，包括：
- 所有README文件中的项目名称和链接
- 前后端代码中的系统名称变量
- 文档和配置文件中的引用
- 数据库初始化数据中的系统名称
