refactor: 重构项目资源与配置，统一项目名称与资源路径

1.  重命名项目显示名为 FastapiAdmin，更新所有环境配置中的项目标题
2.  整理前端静态资源目录，迁移logo、背景图等资源到统一路径
3.  更新资源引用别名、静态文件访问路径与swagger favicon配置
4.  优化启动横幅与控制台打印逻辑，新增动态应用名称显示
5.  调整登录页背景与logo组件样式，修复部分视觉细节
