refactor: 清理未使用的依赖和优化项目配置

- 移除前端未使用的依赖(md5, xlsx等)和类型定义
- 删除重复的.gitignore文件并统一配置
- 优化vite配置和打包策略
- 清理未使用的导入和注释代码
