refactor: 重构工作台与首页仪表盘模块

Browse Source 
- 调整dashboard工作台与首页的组件布局与模块迁移
- 统一卡片样式与hover交互效果
- 修复部分样式顺序与css语法问题
- 移除冗余的github corner组件与重复的页面模块
