refactor(assets): 迁移静态图片资源到static/image目录并更新引用路径

将原backend/docs/resources和frontend/public/site/resources下的图片文件统一迁移至backend/static/image目录
更新README.md和README.en.md中的图片引用路径
删除不再使用的旧资源文件
