feat: 更新开发环境配置和部署脚本优化

Browse Source 
- 将前端API基础URL切换为本地开发环境
- 登录表单添加默认测试账号
- 主题存储默认设置为暗色模式
- 添加用户信息到请求上下文
- 调整LOGO和登录页面样式
- 更新演示环境白名单和权限控制
- 优化部署脚本流程和日志输出
- 清理未使用的组件类型声明
