chore: 移除uni-app移动端项目及相关资源

删除uni-app移动端项目及其相关代码、静态资源和文档引用。主要变更包括：

1. 删除uni-app前端项目目录及所有源代码文件
2. 移除相关的静态图片资源(logo、背景图、banner等)
3. 更新README文档，移除移动端相关内容
4. 删除移动端相关依赖和配置
5. 调整项目文档描述，不再提及uni-app多端支持

此次变更是为了简化项目结构，专注于后台管理系统核心功能的开发维护。
