zhangtao c2135bb456 build: add docker compose config and fix deploy script 
1. add docker-compose-example.yaml for deployment
2. add docker/docker-compose.yaml to gitignore
3. replace git fetch+reset with git pull in deploy.sh, make fetch not fail on no changes
