- scan_get_apps: scan views/ subdirectories instead of apps registry
- scan_viewset: scan submodules in views/ directory using pkgutil
- Fix model name extraction using removesuffix instead of fixed slice
- Add class ID deduplication to avoid duplicate ViewSets
