BuyerDashboard API:
- Add buying_method, quote_deadline, bid_start_time, bid_end_time to tasks
- Add daily trend data with day field instead of monthly

SupplierDashboard API:
- Add buying_method, quote_deadline, bid_start_time, bid_end_time to pending_quotes
- Add daily trend data with day field instead of monthly

These fields are needed by the frontend to display procurement method
badges and deadline countdown with color-coded urgency.
