sys_menu.sort is `gorm:"size:4"`, which MySQL builds as a tinyint holding -128..127. Sort: 200 passes every sqlite test - sqlite ignores the width - and fails on a real install with Error 1264, partway through a migration. This is the exact incident class checksilent's menu-sort-overflow check exists to prevent, and it reached a hand-written deliverable anyway: that check only recognises a SysMenu literal from the host's model packages, so a seed.MenuSpec is invisible to it.
